Raw material stock levels are tracked, the state of stocks are reported to the supervisors and the quantity, reported to the supervisors are ordered.

Recieved raw materials are weighed, dispatch notes are signed and the weighbridge receipts are reported to the supervisors with the informations about daily submitted quantities and type of products.

Recieved aggregate is visually controlled; if applicable, stamped on the dispatch notes as visually controlled. Supervisors are informed if the aggregate is unmerchantable after the visual control.

Possible factors, which could effect the quality of the products directly or indirectly, are reported and preventive or reparative interventions are carried out.

The daily, weekly and periodical maintenance is carried out pursuant to machine control list and any possible malfunction is reported to the supervisor.

The machine or any other used equipments are kept in service and operative.
